Accredited practice requires a Senior Family Solicitor.
The Firm
Our client is a thriving multi-office practice with a presence across the south of the Midlands. The firm are a very successful family practice which continues to expand and is well-regarded for its quality of service having been awarded the Lexcel accreditation. The firm are now looking to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor to join their team with a primary focus on financial matters.
The Role
The position is a full time permanent Senior Family Solicitor to join the firm’s Northamptonshire based office. The Family Solicitor position will be dealing with a range of family law services including relationship breakdowns, divorce dissolutions, financial disputes and remedy, separation agreements, prenuptial agreements and co-ownership of property. The successful solicitor will be required to have experience in financial settlements. This role includes potential for some working from home.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You must have at least 5+ years PQE.
You will have solid experience in family law.
You must have financial settlement experience.
