Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Southampton or Winchester
Exciting opportunity to join one of the South's most reputable law firms, based in either their Southampton or Winchester offices.
The Role
The broad litigation caseload will include IT, professional negligence, and contractual claims as well as more general dispute resolution.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an established litigator who is used to handling high value litigation and to shouldering responsibility. In addition to a good technical grounding, the candidate will have the ability to present technical legal issues in a clear, approachable and professional way. They will also have great client facing skills with an ability to develop successful client relationships, and an appetite for business development.
