Suffice to say, our client is a strong, highly regarded 'boutique' Exeter firm with a number of specialist areas of practice, including a varied Commercial Litigation practice which is of course a core part of the firm's overall offering. As a result of growth across the firm, increasing levels of work, and the exciting long-term strategy and plans in place for the firm over the next few years, there is an opportunity for a new Head of Litigation appointment and there is considerable scope and scale to the role so this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate with the right background, experience, drive and ambition.

You will probably already be at Partner level in your current role or will certainly feel you can now step up and operate at that level having developed your experience and connections over recent years. In an ideal world you may be already locally based in the Exeter or wider Devon area, but our client has confirmed they would also look with interest at candidates who may be currently out of the area but who may be planning to relocate back to the area and perhaps offer previous ties and connections locally.
