Our client, a top US law firm with an excellent reputation, is keen to meet an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Legal Secretary with a background within Intellectual Property / IP. Based in their prestigious London office, the firm is keen to meet with Legal Secretaries who have previous Intellectual Property (IP) / Litigation experience to work for a very busy team. The role in question is a varied one with duties involving extensive diary and travel organisation for external meetings, booking flights and hotels, dealing with all Fee Earner e-mails and typing of legal documentation.

This firm is famed for its great exceptional treatment of staff and is proud of its staff retention. The ideal candidate should have great typing/advanced IT and organisations skills and MUST be a Legal Secretary with a strong background in Intellectual Property, this experience gained within a leading UK or US law firm.
