Ryder Reid urgently require a Senior Marketing Events Executive for a fantastic new role at an elite international law firm in London.

Our client is seeking an outgoing and proactive Senior Marketing Events Executive with experience of planning, managing and executing events, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment. This Senior Marketing Events Executive role comprises all types of client events and corporate hospitality, as well as significant internal office wide events. In performing this role, the Senior Marketing Events Executive will work as an integral part of the marketing and business development team to deliver key marketing and business /client development services to the partners and lawyers in the London office. On occasion, the Senior Marketing Events Executive may be required to provide some event management support for other offices in the European network.

This Senior Marketing Events Executive role comes with significant partner and fee earner interaction - this role would suit a highly confident, well presented and motivated self-starter, someone who is comfortable dealing on a daily basis with partners. As Senior Marketing Events Executive you will be involved with;

• Client events management and sponsorship
• Acting as main point of contact for external events and corporate hospitality suppliers
• Maintaining event management collateral and marketing materials

• Supporting the European Communications Manager in tracking award submissions - this includes organising tables and attendance at numerous awards ceremonies during the year
