Integreon are a continued provider of legal services to a global top four organisation with services spanning on a truly global reach.
At present we are looking to bring on two paralegals to join the team to continue our excellent delivery to said client. The position will primarily be responsible for abstracting contract terms for the purposes of a contract management system. As a specialist in this area you will need to be aware of both parties position and accurately record and track when there is a variation. The position will focus its attention on a wide array of commercial contracts as well as compliance.
Ideally candidates will have at least 2 years contract review experience, will have obtained a GDL or LLB (at minimal) and ideally have an LPC or CILEX qualification.
As both positions are based in Integreon's offices in Bristol, only candidates who are willing to relocate (costs not covered) or who are already within a commutable distance need apply.
