Our Client, an exciting London-based Corporate/Commercial firm, is looking for an ambitious NQ solicitor to join and help establish its new Manchester office. The successful candidate will be able to show a broad range of Corporate/Commercial experience, including providing transactional support on client contracts, advising on complex contractual matters as well as getting involved in general advisory work. You will have qualified with a regional firm or a niche commercial practice and have a passion for business

The firm itself is well regarded and specializes in advising startup companies and the high growth market.
