Paralegal - Media & Entertainment

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join an international media and entertainment company, to focus on the television networks side of the business.

The Media & Entertainment Paralegal’s responsibilities will include drafting and amending agreements, maintaining contract templates, overseeing the process for power of attorney documents, NDAs etc., putting together executive summaries of agreements as well as providing general Paralegal and administrative support to the Lawyers as required.

The successful Media & Entertainment Paralegal will be working to support a small team of Lawyers who have a global reach across the company’s TV networks business. As the sole Paralegal your role will be broad and varied, as such the successful candidate will be flexible and a team player, someone who is happy to assist on the administrative side as well as drafting commercial contracts.

The ideal Paralegal will be educated to LPC level (although those with the GDL/LLB will also be considered). Prior experience with commercial contracts would be an absolute plus, those who have studied the Intellectual Property elective at LPC are also of particular interest. Due to the international nature of this work, business fluent French and/or Spanish would be extremely beneficial.
