Our top tier international client is recruiting a Trade Marks solicitor or attorney to join their IP Trade Marks practice in Dubai. The role has arisen due to the growth and expansion of our client's IP team. The IP team has an established presence in the Middle East and consistently ranks highly across all areas of IP and Trade Marks.

The range of work covered by the team includes all aspects of intellectual property including the
protection and exploitation of patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, domain names, know-how and trade secrets. The team has acted for some of the most established local and global brand and technology holders across
many industries, including the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, retail, hospitality and telecommunications fields.

The right Trade Marks lawyer will handle a range of matters, including the management of local, regional and global IP portfolios for local and international rights holders. Our client is also looking for someone with business development skills as well as managerial experience.
