Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Team Leader - Plymouth, Devon, South West 

Non Fee Earning role. 

Unusual opportunity to join a very established full service law firm and manage a team.

My Legal 500 client already have a very successful litigation support practice based from several of their branches.  

Due to a revamp of their services offering they are now keen to add a technically excellent dispute resolution solicitor to the team.

Your time will be split 20% fee earning on your own small case load and 80% managing the existing team. The type of work currently undertaken is broad, but largely includes debt recovery, property disputes and insurance litigation as well as more general commercial litigation. 

You will have excellent commercial litigation experience (ideally 4 years+), gained from another reputed firm. You will become the "technical supervisor" for a team of support staff which includes paralegals, LPC graduates and part qualified legal executives.

Much of your time will be spent agreeing and delivering training & development requirements, establishing service standards and deciding the best way to deliver on projects.

This role will work closely with the Head of Department, and ideally you should have some supervisory experience. There will be a fair amount of UK travel with this role, so candidates comfortable with regularly staying away from home are encouraged to apply.
