Unique opportunity for a Charities Solicitor to join a nationally regarding department at an exciting time in its ongoing expansion, particularly within the Newcastle legal market.
This market leading Charities and Education group advises an impressive, diverse client base acting for housing associations, further education organisations, mental health organisations and social enterprises, to name but a few.
Equally, the work across the Charities team spans a broad remit of work encompassing governance and constitutional matters, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, regulatory, fundraising and charitable trust responsibilities.
Whilst my client's preference would be to hire a Solicitor with previous charities experience, this Top 30 national law firm is open to applications from Solicitors at 1 PQE+ with transferable experience in corporate, corporate governance law or commercial contracts looking to move into charities law, provided you are able to demonstrate a clear commitment and passion to this.
