A national law firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancer to join its busy, growing Plot Sales practice.
Duties and responsibilities
You will handle your own large, varied caseload of plot sales conveyancing matters from pre-contract stage through to post-completion.
The workload and salary varies depending on your level of seniority.
Requirements
- At least two years' experience in plot sales conveyancing
- A qualification such as LPC, CILEx etc. is desirable, although not essential depending on experience and knowledge
