The organisation has an excellent track record in the commercial property market across the South East, with a strong pipeline of developmental opportunities in place for the future.

Your new role
Reporting directly into the company's Managing Director, you will be the sole counsel across the Group, liaising at all levels. You will lead on property agreement matters including leases, licences, compensation agreements, compulsory purchase orders and development agreements. Further, you will negotiate commercial agreements and advise the wider business in a generalist capacity.
