This premier offshore law firm is looking for an experienced Funds Lawyer to join their market leading and growing Funds team which advises a range of clients in relation to the formation, structure and regulation of investment funds, private equity, mezzanine and real estate funds in the offshore jurisdictions. The firm is looking to add a senior or managing associate to its highly successful Jersey based funds team.
The ideal Funds Lawyer will have a strong professional background and at least 8 years of relevant funds experience within a top-tier London, regional, Scottish, Irish, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm with a recognised funds practice.
