THE ROLE

For a corporate PSL who will require up-to-date technical knowledge across the full range of corporate related developments.

You will work in a busy and award-winning, yet friendly and supportive team providing know-how, education and training as well as significant marketing and business development support.

You will be pro-active in identifying issues on which the team and its clients need to be briefed, and able to pitch those briefings at the right level for the relevant audience.

The ability to start a project and see it through to completion, together with a commitment to meeting regular deadlines, are essential qualities to maintain the smooth running of the range of added value services.

The role demands both creative thinking and efficient administration: working with the other PSLs, you will
monitor the rapidly-evolving legal landscape, with a commitment to mastering new developments and
sharing/applying your insight quickly, confidently and accurately.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to exceptional, innovative client products and events to enhance the firm's brand; you will also have an important role in facilitating the day-to-day working of the corporate team through training, meetings, precedent work and technical support.

You'll need a keen awareness of the wider commercial and corporate landscape, combined with an eye for operational detail.

Working alongside an established PSL team, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within one of the UK's leading corporate practices.

ABOUT YOU

With 3-6PQE you will have technical competence in transactional corporate law and be a self-starter with the desire and ability to continuously acquire, build upon and share knowledge and enthusiasm for communicating that corporate knowledge accurately, creatively and relevantly to the audience.

You will have worked successfully as a corporate associate or PSL in a leading law firm and have sound experience of working with senior management within a complex international organisation.

This role is offered on a full or part time basis, 4 or 5 days a week.
