The Client

Our Client is a well established and specialist Personal Injury Practice based in Greater Manchester. The firm have a strong reputation in the Personal Injury Sector and continue to receive quality instructions.

The firm are going through a period of growth and are therefore seeking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor/Litigator.

The Role

You will be required to conduct a litigated caseload of mainly fast track RTA and some Credit Hire cases.

You will have the assistance of a paralegal and therefore you will need to manage their workload and supervise their work.

The Candidate

The firm are interested in hearing from either qualified Personal Injury Solicitors or experienced Personal Injury Fee Earners who have strong litigation skills and a good billing history.

You will have a proven track record and have a detailed knowledge of the CPR, relevant Protocols and case law relating to the conduct of Personal Injury claims.

You will also have experience of managing and supervising members of staff.

The firm are offering a competitive salary in the region of £35,000 to £45,000 for the right candidate and dependent on experience.
