Description
Commercial Solicitor required, role to include advice, negotiation and drafting covering:
All types of commercial contracts
Global procurement contracts
Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
Creating and implementing templates and processes
Assisting more junior members of the team
Profile
You should be a Commercial Solicitor with:
High quality and relevant post qualification experience
Demonstrable experience of successfully managing a large caseload of legal work for blue chip customers
Proven ability to work independently
