Our client is an international law firm with a vacancy for a Construction Associate within their Construction & Engineering dispute resolution team in Liverpool. The team in the UK works closely with colleagues in the UK and globally across the firm's international platform. This is a rare opportunity to join a high quality construction team within one of the world's largest and most dynamic firms.
Description
The Construction Associate role will focus on involvement in high value and complex construction/engineering disputes. The workload will be primarily domestic but there are also opportunities for involvement in international work. The caseload will predominately relate to high value infrastructure projects.
Profile
You will need to be 1-4 years PQE. A good academic background and dedicated relevant construction experience is essential.
Familiarity with NEC3, FIDIC and EPC contracts is preferable as are excellent skills in communication, client relations, team working and project management.
