An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Family Law Solicitor to handle a busy caseload of matrimonial work. The reason for the vacancy is entirely down to expansion. It is a very busy time for high value Family Law work.

There are not many Family Law specialists in the Midlands generally who handle a 100% privately funded caseload but this is one and there is no need to do any business development or marketing. Sources of work into the firm are plentiful and typically comes from accountants, tax specialists and pension advisors and the biggest source of work for the firm is via word of mouth such is their reputation.

You should have experience of handling financial provisions and financial resolutions relating to seven and eight figure sums. The majority of the work coming into the firm is ancillary work, financial provision, financial resolutions relating to seven and eight figures sums and about a third of the work coming into the firm relates to termination of co-habitation files.

Applications from qualified solicitors or legal executives at all levels of PQE will be considered but you must be willing to commit to the long terms and be looking to work on a full time basis.
