Interim Legal Counsel - Commercial Property

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading British retailer, based in the East Midlands, who are searching for an excellent commercial property/real estate lawyer to join their team on a 6 month contract basis.

Reporting into the Senior In-House Legal Counsel, the successful lawyer will be responsible for providing legal services in connection with the company's property and franchise portfolio. This will include:

· Lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals.
· Renewal of franchise documentation.
· General legal advice on the company's property.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking for a challenging role that allows for a flexible working arrangement. Our client would like to hear from commercial property solicitors with at least 4 years experience in landlord and tenant work. Any experience of working with clients within the retail sector would be a real bonus.
