An innovative technology company in London is looking for a paralegal on a permanent basis to join the legal team. This fast-paced organisation is growing, whilst remaining at the forefront of the industry.
As a paralegal, you will enjoy a broad range of responsibilities; these include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing, analysing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
- Dealing with a broad range of legal issues, including intellectual property, company secretarial, and date protection
- Liaising with members across teams within the company, as well as external counsel.
You will ideally have achieved solid academics. You will need to have good commercial awareness, technical skills, and be proactive and hardworking. An interest in the TMT sector would also prove useful.
