My client is a leading PI firm based in Sheffield and looking to expand its current presence by recruiting RTA Fee Earners. Candidates are expected to have at least 6 months expeirence of RTA work. Salary for the role is competitive for the role.

The role will involve a mixed Claimant RTA PI caseload. Predominantly MOJ cases under the portal system candidates will be running a caseload till conclusion, including litigaiton with support. The successful candidate will manage a case load of 150-175 cases on a self sufficient basis. They will need to have knowledge and experience of the case management IT system. Previous experience of litigating cases from issue to trial is desireable but not essential. Candidates can expect to have support in this role through a structured team with chances to progress with the firm.
