Dispute Resolution Legal Executive - Southampton

Opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Legal Executive to join a top-tier law firm.

Our client is looking for a Dispute Resolution Legal Executive to join their Southampton office. This "Legal 500" rated firm has offices in Portsmouth, Gosport, Southampton, Brighton & London and has been ranked in Chambers UK as a leading firm. Their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team have acted successfully on many high profile and difficult cases. The successful candidate will work on commercial disputes as well as contentious property disputes and will be expected to draft court documents for example, pleadings, witness statements, statements of costs, cost schedules, etc.

Role requirements:

• Experience of contested and uncontested business lease renewals under the LTA 1954, Dilapidations claims, Possession claims, Service charge claims, Easement and restrictive covenant disputes, Proprietary estoppel claims, Injunctions, Party Wall Act disputes and Enfranchisement.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willing to carry out business development
