The top rated global tax practice of this prestigious international law firm seeks a tax lawyer with 1-6 years experience. The team provides tax structuring and advisory services to a list of impressive global corporates and private equity houses and includes acting on M&A , joint venture, structured finance and real estate deals. Not only will you work on diverse and challenging transactions, but the non-siloed structure of the team will enable you to work with different partners on each deal.

This role will suit a tax lawyer looking for a broader practice or someone looking to move from M&A to tax. Ideally you will be a team player with self drive and motivation. Candidates with experience from top firms in London, Scotland and the regions are encouraged to apply. Top performing candidates from Australia and New Zealand will also be considered.
