NQ Commercial Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity for a NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join a UK top 200 law firm based in their office in Yeovil. 

The Role:

The role entails the full spectrum of Commercial Property matters, including but not limited to: Corporate property finance, Disputes and property litigation, Estate development & plot sales, Estate management, Landlord & tenant issues, Leases, Property development, Sale and leaseback, Sales and purchase and Secured lending. 

The Candidate:

My client are looking for a highly competent and committed commercial property lawyer to join their team. Successful applicants will be NQ to 2 years’ PQE, with a real commitment to client service and to helping with the further development and growth of the commercial property team.
