As an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor you will be joining this already very successful and supportive Property team. You will be handling your own caseload of files which will include freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, transfer of equity, lease extensions, remortgages. Ideally you will be a commercial and team focused candidate who has the ability to support colleagues and your wider team as required.

Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years+ experience handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing Matters. Our client is also interested in candidates who have a good market knowledge and ideally a network of contacts/referrers who they may be able to bring with them to their next role.
