OUR CLIENT:
Our client is an international IT/Technology company, based in Munich.
THE ROLE:
Residing in a team of 4 other legal counsel, you will report to the Assistant General Counsel.
You will be responsible for all legal issues arising in the DACH business teams, supporting and advising the business regarding commercial contract law.
You are a fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) and have between 5-7 years of post qualification experience. You ideally have a background in-house, working for a multinational company within the IT/software industry, and dealing with international commercial contracts mainly, or a combination with private practice (international law firm). You have experience with corporate law, employment law or IP law.
Your German and English language skills are fluent, both verbal and in writing (key requirement).
