Head of Litigation – 5+ Yrs. PQE - £40,000-£45,000 – Leicester

Regional Law firm, with a flagship office in Leicester, wish to recruit an experienced commercial and civil litigation solicitor/FILEx, with experience heading up a department or leading a team of fee earners and support staff.

You will be taking over a very successful team handling a wide range of litigated files including civil and commercial litigation. You will have previous experience handling your own caseload including a range of litigation claims from fast track work to multi-track files. The department deals with any and all litigation work that comes through the doors of the firm.

Successful candidates will have good private practice experience and would have previously managed a team and supervised junior members of staff including fee earners and support staff. You will also have a minimum of five years post qualification experience at a respectable firm.

This will be a full time permanent role, but opportunity for part time and flexible working hours will be considered for the right candidate. You will also receive full benefits package and a competitive salary.
