THE FIRM
A well regarded mid sized commercial practice based in central London.
THE ROLE
Candidates should preferably have at least six months experience in a similar environment and some knowledge of the English legal system with the ability to deal with material damages claims. The role may suit someone from an insurance/vehicle/medical assistance background, but will have expeirence in credit hire.
Although the work is claimant credit hire, candidates from a defendant background would be considered.
THE PERSON
* Claims handler with around a years experience in motor claims and credit hire
* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
