A fast growing full service law firm based in Chesham are currently looking to recruit a newly qualified / junior litigation solicitor to join their team. The firm are quickly developing a reputation for providing an excellent value service and are now in the position to recruit an additional member to their litigation team. They are looking for a solicitor to progress in general litigation which may include in professional negligence, commercial litigation, personal injury and property litigation.

From day one you will be given support that will enable you to handle a mixed case-load of Litigation matters which will include shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, IT disputes, property litigation matters and Civil / personal injury work too. The firm has a large existing case-load so you should expect client exposure with the view to handling your own case load with minimal supervision. From the start you will be given opportunity to get actively involved in business development and marketing- developing your reputation with clients in the area as well as the wider firm.

Along with being technically sound, you should also possess commercial acumen with a tenacious individual who has a real passion to practice in this area of law.

Please contact Guy Pearson, Legal Recruitment Consultant, to discuss the role in more detail or apply through the vacancy for immediate consideration. If you have not been contacted within five working days you should assume you have not been successful on this occasion.
