This international city law firm is looking for a Paralegal to work within their Real Estate team.

Your new role
As a Real Estate Paralegal you will be working on behalf of overseas clients. You will support the department with matters relating to property management, residential conveyancing and company secretarial work. You will manage property portfolios in the UK, assist with high value residential conveyancing, and maintain a high volume of offshore-companies. The role will also include admin related tasks, including drafting documentation relating to the above, managing your own files and ensuring these compliant with Lexcel procedures. You will also build client relationships and integrate new clients to the firm.

What you'll need to succeed
You have Paralegal/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer experience in Real Estate. You have a strong academic record, and have strong attention to detail, approaching matters with a logic and methodology. You have good communication skills, and have previous experience dealing directly with clients. You can prioritise effectively and meet deadlines, are flexible and committed, and can work with minimal supervision. This is a permanent position so those who are looking to pursue Training Contracts will not be considered.
