Well-established, specialist property law firm is seeking to recruit additional Residential Conveyancers due to recent and rapid growth.
Reporting to the Head of Legal Practice who has over 11 years’ experience within residential and commercial conveyancing from working for national law firms, your role as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner will be handling your own fast paced caseload of residential property files from instruction through to post completion, covering a wide variety of residential sales and purchase (freehold/leasehold), new build and shared ownership transactions.
Working alongside a team of 6 experienced Conveyancing specialists you will be involved in a small team where you will be as an integral part of the success of the firm as oppose to just a number.
Due to the firm specialising in one area of law they are not distracted by the general legal issues that many solicitors have to contend with, so they can focus exclusively on providing clients with the best service available.
