Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Paralegal, Surrey

Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property specialist to join a successful organisation based in Surrey. Salary dependent on experience and qualification.

Working closely with the senior Counsel and within a small team, you will handle a range of property matters, in the main relating to commercial property, alongside a smaller number of residential property matters.

We are open to applications from either qualified solicitors / legal executives, or non-qualified Paralegals who have between 1-4 years experience in handling either commercial property or residential conveyancing matters. Applications from candidates from both private practice and In-house backgrounds will be considered. As the role will involve coming into contact with non-legal departments within the wider company, the role will provide a general exposure to the workings of the business as a whole; the successful candidate will have good general commercial acumen as well as have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
