The Role: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Essex
Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Established for over 100 years, our client a CQS accredited firm based in the heart of Essex has grown and maintained a reputation for providing a high quality legal service across a wide range of legal sectors. Due to this continued success they are looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor on a full time permanent basis.

This opportunity will allow the Residential Property Solicitor to thrive in a supportive team and run a full caseload of matters which will include but is not restricted to:

  • Matters from inception to post-completion
  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Business development
  • Freehold and leasehold matters
  • Some commercial property matters

Applications for this Residential Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or CILEX who has dealt with a wide range of property matters including some commercial property matters. Ideally the Residential Property Solicitor will be friendly, a team player and will be looking to grow into the role.
