Your new role

This commercial lawyer role will see you handle an interesting mix of commercial work that will include; commercial contracts, outsourcing agreements, distribution agreements, franchise agreements as well as IP and IT matters.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a lawyer at NQ level or a solicitor with up to circa 1/2 years' pqe. You should have good client care skills and be able to provide pragmatic and commercially focused advice for clients that are largely SME in focus.
