The new joiner will be familiar with employment tribunals, court procedure and have the ability to draft employment contracts. The successful applicant will possess the ability to build strong relationships within a short period of time raising both their own and the firm's profile. Furthermore, such a candidate will have strong academics, ambition and be a team player.
