London Corporate Team and Client Summary:
There are currently 5 corporate partners in London, many of whom are directories listed. The practice covers a broad range; M&A, Capital Markets, private equity and venture capital.
The firm represents a number of leading fintech and technology companies in London and Europe and this now a real focus for growth.
The firm also has a number of clients in following sectors; financial services, technology, health care, energy, media and private equity funds. The corporate clients tend to be mid-market with a few blue-chips.

Following requirement:
For immediate partner promotion there would be strong interest in senior associates of 7 plus pqe from a well-regarded commercial law firms who are hungry to progress and build a practice. The following is modest but the firm would look for complementary clients which given a different platform and support have real potential.

The firm is also interested in recruiting established corporate partners and will offer increased compensation

Conclusion:
The firm is very collegiate and the partners genuinely look to help each other elevate their own practices. There are two-tiers of partnership remuneration structure; fixed share partners with a transparent bonus and a small number of points and then full point equity. The firm looks to move fixed share partners into full equity relatively quickly.
