Real Estate Associates (Junior & Mid-Level)

The well-established and award-winning Real Estate team, within the London office of this prestige US firm, is seeking Commercial Real Estate/ Real Estate Finance Associates at both junior and mid-level.

This team is headed by a truly outstanding partner and has an unparalleled client base made up of both US and European financial investors. The team deals with a broad range of high quality commercial real estate and real estate finance work within a range of sectors in many of the firm's transactional practice, both domestic and international.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics and Commercial Real Estate or Real Estate Finance experience (ideally with exposure to both) and will be working on the acquisitions of real estate loan portfolios, recapitalisations, distressed/vulture fund formation, mezzanine loan origination and debt restructurings. Furthermore, experience in Corporate M&A, Corporate Finance and Joint Ventures is expected.
