Banking and Finance Solicitor

A renowned firm is looking for a Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their leading team working for major UK banks.

As well as a significant list of bank clients, the Banking and Finance team supports the firm’s Corporate and Property departments on funding transactions.

As a Banking and Finance Solicitor you will advise and assist clients in connection with legal aspects of Banking and Finance matters and leading and supporting banking transactions.

A key part of your role will involve business development, which will provide the opportunity to build on your profile and reputation as a leading banking specialist.

You will be required to advise clients upon the legal aspects of their actual and proposed banking contracts and arrangements in particular relating to acquisition finance, property finance, asset based lending, restructuring and refinancing.
