JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ up to 2 years
SALARY: Competitive - dependent on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a growing practice in Berkshire. The firm handles the full range of employment matters on behalf of employees and employers. Their clients range from a number of local and national employers as well as employees advising on a range of matters to include: settlement agreements, employment tribunal claims, grievances; the validity of a redundancy process; contracts of employment or director's service agreements, flexible working applications, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, advice on bonus schemes, commission structures or share options and the taxation of severance payments.
The successful Employment Solicitor will have up to 5 years' PQE and will be comfortable handling a mixed caseload of claimant and respondent matters. You should be comfortable handling contentious and non-contentious matters and will be keen to be involved in business development activities.
