Associate Commercial Property Solicitor

An opportunity exists for an Associate Commercial Property Solicitor to join a renowned Commercial Property team within a national law firm.  

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will provide support to the Commercial Property department in relation to your own caseload and the supervision of junior Solicitors.  

You will be responsible for providing advice on time and to a high standard of technical competence in a broad range of Commercial Property matters, supervising more junior Solicitors, alongside the Partners and other senior members of the Commercial Property team.

You will be required to develop new business through the growth of existing clients of the firm and win new clients through pitches, tenders and marketing.

It is important you possess excellent legal drafting skills, be able to provide clear and concise relevant solutions, as well as explaining and advising succinctly on difficult and complex areas.
