Paralegal/Fee Earner - Clinical Negligence - Merseyside

A highly successful and established Law firm based in Merseyside is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Paralegal.

The Role

To assist the Medical Negligence litigation team with essential case management, including the drafting of applications, witness statements, letters of claim, letters of instruction, instructions to counsel, arranging conferences with counsel and medical experts, weekly reporting to the head of department and review and summary of client records.

The ideal Candidate will have experience of work in this area of Law, Good client care skills, with the ability to speak to clients within a professional and courteous manner.

They also need to interact with colleagues and express opinions in a professional and courteous way, Good time management and the ability to complete given tasks within an acceptable timescale, while also working within any given deadlines.
