My client is one of the worlds largest law firm, it is established in more than 30 countries, clients from multinational, global 1000, and fortune 500 enterprises to emerging developing industry-leading technologies. They are looking to expand within their Commercial department and are looking to appoint a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a pre existing caseload and developing new leads and business via networking and client/business development. This is a developing department so this would not be a full caseload as it stands but you will be dealing with:
- Drafting Terms and Conditions
- Shareholder Purchase/Sales and Disputes
- Corporate Sales and Purchases
The Candidate
The Partner is looking to appoint a bright and enthusiastic solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE, Ideally from a corporate or larger regional law firm who has had a commercial training or an extended seat in corporate or a more experienced Solicitor who has spent PQE in corporate. Ideally you will have a following of work that you can bring with you to develop the department further.
