An experienced Property Litigation Solicitor is required for a Legal 100 firm for a maternity contract.
The department deals with a wide range of property litigation matters; Landlord and Tenant issues including 1954 Act renewals and disputes; dilapidation's; consents; rent reviews; break notices; forfeiture and possession and commercial or residential property issues including easements, covenants, boundary disputes, development disputes and contractual disputes.
Ideally you will have at least 2ypqe have experience in property litigation in particular landlord and tenant work.
