Exciting Opportunity to join an outstanding International law firm as a Conflicts and Risk analyst.
This client is looking for professionals with experience within a commercial law firm as a fee-earner and/or risk and compliance specialist (will consider Aus and NZ quals) - Prior experience in law firm risk and conflicts management would be an advantage but is not essential.
Primary Duties
Conflicts of Interest, Confidentiality and Client Alignment
New client and matter acceptance
Monitoring, audit and review
Projects
Skills/ Knowledge Required
An understanding of conflicts and confidentiality principles as set out in the SRA Code of conduct.
Working knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct 2011 and OFR.
Knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 and how they are applied in the contextof international legal practice.
Knowledge of the Market Abuse Directive and Data Protection Act.
