We are currently looking to expand our Child Care Department by recruiting committed and highly driven Children Panel Solicitors for our office in Birmingham.

You will undertake a variety of duties such as; dealing with a range of public and private children cases including child abduction, child protection issues, special guardianship and adoption matters as well as undertaking your own advocacy.

You will also manage and supervise trainees and caseworkers.

Key Skills Required:

The successful solicitors must be registered with the Law Society on the Children Panel and have a passion for publicly funded Child Care work.

Experience in own advocacy is an advantage.


You will have a professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and be interested in

Business Development and Marketing.

An excellent remuneration package is on offer. Consultancy terms are also available.
