Are you an experienced Real Estate solicitor with a particular focus on providing services to the retail sector?

Our client is a national law firm with offices across the Midlands and beyond. This is a specific opportunity to join the Nottingham office although there will be opportunity to spend time at other offices if this is essential to you.

The firm has a specific focus and specialism within the Retail sector, boasting an enviable range of household names and marketing leading organisations as clients.

This is an opportunity to for the right person to join as a Commercial Property Senior Associate and the Partners are happy to talk through the career plan at the firm. You will be responsible for supervising more junior solicitors and developing client relationships within the sector.

Profile

Ideally you will be an experienced commercial property solicitor with a genuine focus / interest on the retail sector. As this is a Senior Associate opening, it is likely that you will have at least 5y PQE although our client will consider candidates with a range of experience.

You might currently be working at a large firm but frustrated with the focus of your Real Estate team or your career progression, or you might work as an in-house solicitor within the retail sector and be looking for a fresh challenge.
