A small but progressive law firm based outside of Birmingham city centre are growing their property team and are looking to bring a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on board.

Description
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer will join a private practice based outside of Birmingham city centre and will join a busy and established property team.
You will be working alongside an experienced conveyancer and will have support from 4 support staff who will assist with anything from general secretarial work through to client inception and compliance.
The firm has a case management system and a consistent workload which is generated from word of mouth and relationships with intermediaries. The firm does not pay for referrals and is not volume in nature.

Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience and will be competent at running a residential property case through from start to finish. You will either be a solicitor, licenced conveyancer or legal executive.
