Interim Bid Manager

This prestigious real estate consultancy spans both commercial and residential property and has a sophisticated business development function that has grown significantly over the last few years with buy in from the very top.

In this Bid Manager role you will cover maternity leave initially six months with the possibility of the role being extended or becoming permanent.  You will work on UK bids, leading on bids and proposals from beginning to end as well working with the head of bids on work allocation, promoting best practice and reviewing/improving pitch materials.

You will have a solid track record in bid and proposal management within professional services. Ideally you will have had some exposure to real estate or the built environment. You will be an excellent project manager with strong Microsoft Office skills and be a good communicator with the ability to influence and persuade.
