An opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancer with upwards of 3 years PQE or comparable experience to join and head up a small but very busy conveyancing team on the outskirts of Birmingham.

The firm are a well known , long established regional practice with an outstanding reputation for their property division. It is one of the areas of law you would associate particularly with this firm.

Joining a specialist team you should be a good all rounder that can handle the full cycle of sales and purchases you will be a confident communicator and a team player.

You should also feel comfortable having responsibility for team targets and for managing and mentoring junior members of staff including paralegals and secretaries.

With your Legal 500 law firm background and ability to communicate "on a level" with all manners of people you should be enthused by this stable opportunity with a firm that enjoys a good reputation and can boast a loyal client base.

Relocators to the area will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in close proximity to the office.
